At Grit Family Campgrounds, you can walk directly from your campsite to a network of seven trails. With three mountain biking trails, an educational wildflower garden, and a converted railroad, there’s something for every type of adventurer. When added together, the trails are nearly 7 miles long.
Just below the campsite, Elkin Creek offers another way to enjoy the outdoors, with plenty of opportunities to fish, relax, and take in the scenery.
